 Shipping Policy: All items at checkout will display “Free Shipping”. All shipping charges are calculated into the price of the item.  Additional delivery charges may apply if items are “requested” to be shipped in an expedited manner. Free shipping applies to a standard delivery shipping method. All items shipped from an international source may be subject to additional import charges/fees imposed by the country of origin and not by M.King Media. These import charges/fees are not collected at check-out and must be paid by the purchaser upon import. M.King Media reserves the right to alter the shipping preference for both domestic and international orders.

Return Policy: All items at checkout will be subject to our Return Policy. At checkout, it is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct. If a return is made due to your shipping address being incorrect and the product is sent to an invalid/incorrect address, you as the recipient are held liable. If such matters do take place, our print-on-demand supplier will reach out to us to correct the matter. Re-shipping charges will be passed onto the customer instead of the free shipping for the previous delivery.

If a customer desires to make a return and the return is made due to a print error, we will reach out to our print-on-demand supplier to help us rectify the matter. If a return is made due to other reasons such as a change of mind, or a problem not related to our print-on-demand supplier, M.King Media will rectify the matter. In both cases, a refund/credit/coupon can be applied to an account, if the return is deemed to warrant it. The decision is solely up to M.King Media. M.King Media reserves the right to alter the return policy for both domestic and international orders.
