Thank you for participating in the M.King Media Anniversary Auction: Silent Auction.
This auction supports M.King Media in its efforts to point as many as possible to Jesus Christ by its 20th b-day on May 20th, 2033.
COMMON QUESTIONS
HOW DO I JOIN THE AUCTION?
The auction is free to join there is no registration required
IS THE AUCTION OPEN TO THOSE OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Currently, our Anniversary Auction is only open to those in the continental United States. Due to issues in the past with customs we won't open it up to international audiences now, but may in the future auctions
HOW DO I BID ON AN ITEM?
To bid on an item, click "Leave your bid amount". You will be prompted to leave your First Name, City &/or State, Bid Amount, and Your Email (which will not be made public)
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I PLACE A BID?
You are allowed to place a bid however many times you like, just remember your bid is seen as your word when you place it in a public forum
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'VE WON?
When the auction is closed the resepctive winners will receive an email.
Note: Please check back frequently for updates and to place new bids
HOW & WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE ITEM I WON?
Once notified you have won a special payment link will be provided for you to make your payment via Pay Pal. Installment payments are availablle on a case by case basis.
HOW & WHEN WILL I CLAIM MY VACATION EXPERIENCE?
Once full payment has been received you will be contacted by our travel representative from "Lux Give". They will assist you with your vacation experience
Note: While your vacation experience is handled by a third party, your travel accommodations (i.e. airline travel &/or rental car) are at your expense..
HOW & WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
We ship through UPS &/or USPS to the continental U.S. The standard delivery period is 3-4 weeks upon receiving payment. Expedited delivery is available. Additional fees may apply
WHAT IF IM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ITEM(S)?
We will provide a return label and once your item is returned, we will refund your item if you are not 100% satisfied.
